FAN FILTER UNITS (FFUS)
DELIVERING CLEANROOM PRECISION WITH INNOVATION AND RELIABILITY
What is a FAN FILTER UNIT (FFU)?
A Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is a self-contained air filtration system commonly used in cleanrooms and controlled environments. It consists of a fan motor and a HEPA or ULPA filter, all enclosed in a single compact housing.
The fan draws in ambient air, pushes it through the high-efficiency filter, and delivers purified air uniformly into the cleanroom or enclosed space. FFUs can be installed in modular arrays within ceiling grids, providing localized filtration while minimizing central duct dependency.
KEY COMPONENTS:
- Integrated fan and EC motor
- HEPA/ULPA filter
